Appointment InformationThe Flow Cytometry and Cell Imaging Facility (FCCIF) has locations in both the North and South Campuses of UT MD Anderson.
FCCIF has staff scientists with extensive expertise in multi-omics, multiparametric flow cytometry, cell sorting, confocal imaging (laser and spinning disc), multispectral imaging, live cell imaging, digital microscopy, multiplex immunofluorescence imaging, CyTOF mass cytometry and imaging mass cytometry. The environment provides an opportunity for peer-funded users to benefit from the broad expertise in cellular and molecular biology provided by facility staff and faculty. The core provides cutting-edge equipment and experienced staff to UT MD Anderson as well as the Texas Medical Center as a whole.
The North Campus facility offers collections of reference books and protocols on-site, including hard copies of Current Protocols in Cytometry, many of which have been developed, tested and performed regularly in the core. With our experience in multiple cell imaging, cytometry and flow modalities, we specialize in multi-omics data acquisition and integration.
The ORION (Oncology Research and Immuno-mONitoring) arm of FCCIF provides state-of-the-art immunoprofiling services for clinical trial immune monitoring, data analysis and technical consultation for assay design, as well as single service instrument use. Available assays include soluble factor assessment , detection of antigen-specific T cells and 18 parameter, high-order flow cytometry of tumor tissue and/or PBMCs.
As a service laboratory, we are happy to assist our users, providing consultation and one-on-one training as requested. Please make appointments with our faculty and staff.
